Women and Work
The goals of WOW have always been to provide the services needed by women to gain access to equal employment opportunities, and to break down the systemic barriers that keep women from enjoying equal employment opportunities. WOW has retained its emphasis on disseminating public information, education, and advocacy that is designed to reach
policymakers in and out of government.
